Toyota – Cloud Migration Project

We migrated Toyota’s inventory and sales data from on-prem Oracle to Amazon Redshift using trickle migration. This modernization improved data compatibility, reduced system risks, and enabled seamless daily data loads using Informatica, AWS, and Stonebranch — with reporting powered by Power BI.

The migration process was structured into key layers: Ingestion Layer, ODS Layer, Dimension & Fact Layers, and AWS Databricks & Amazon Redshift. The system was optimized using Photon enablement, CTEs for faster execution, and automated through Stone-branch to ensure seamless data processing.
