Bing Ads Keyword Planner now accessible in UK, Canada and Australia

Good News for Digital Marketers! Now, Bing Ads Keyword Planner has been made accessible outside the US along with new features. The three markets that can access Bing Ads Keyword Planner and its new features are United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA) and Australia (AU). It has integrated it popular consumer features from Campaign Planner such as vertical insights based on product category and keyword ideas.

Keyword planner is now available under Tools tab in Bing Ads for the recently added markets. You can also choose multiple or more areas such as state/province and city/level in the Keyword Planner’s targeting section.

Another added feature is that now you can get historical stats such as average monthly searches, bid suggestion, ad impressions, competition, and traffic estimations related to the target areas. This will help you make better targeting decisions.

Added Feature in Product Categories – More Keyword Suggestions

Now, you will get 3 types of sources for keyword suggestions:

1. Seed keywords relevant to your business

2. Landing page

3. Product category

You can use any of the above mentioned 3 sources or even a combination of them one or two resources to get keyword suggestions. Check the image below for a better idea.

The best thing that you’ll notice about this added feature is that the hierarchies and the keywords related to a product category align perfectly with the keywords in your campaign planner. You just have to select a product category and learn about the keywords represented in that category. You will also get some interesting insights along with keyword suggestions such as latest trends, performance statistics as per varied devices and regions, competitive insights etc. Check the image below for better understanding.

When you choose a single product category along with other sources to attain keyword suggestions, the product category will automatically be utilized as a filter to make sure that the long-tail/expanded keywords from additional sources are associated to your selected product category.
